If you are an experienced conference or journal reviewer with the necessary technical, professional or research expertise to address one or more of the conference themes, please contact Miriam Cunningham and volunteer to review paper submissions and provide actionable, constructive feedback to authors.
Call for Experienced Technical Reviewers
IHTC 2021 would like to invite experienced reviewers with practitioner, research and policy backgrounds to submit an expression of interest to review papers.
Primary responsibility for reviewers include:
- Promote the Call for Papers to your colleagues, networks and relevant mailing list from now to late June
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback to all authors who submit Full Papers (up to 8 pages), Short Papers (3 – 4 pages) and Oral Presentation (1 page); Complete and save reviews online iteratively so we can notify authors once reviews are completed. This will allow them more time to submit a high quality final paper or presentation.
- Promote Advance and Final Programme during September – December
Deadlines
- 31 May 2021 Oral Presentation Only Abstract Submission Deadline
- 31 July 2021 Paper Submission (Short Papers and Full Papers)
- Late August – Completion of paper reviews
Expected Review Effort
We estimate that reviewers will spend 6 – 8 hours over four weeks. The Technical Program Chair will assign papers based on thematic areas selected. Reviewers may receive full papers, short paper or a mix of both.
